(Margaret) Turner, Shafer, Minn., five grandchildren; two brothers, Thomas and Ben, Red Wing, and one sister, Mrs. Alice Evans of Dayton, Ohio. Funeral services for W.J. Seiz, 70, former Red Wing resident who died Thursday morning in Milwaukee, will be held Monday morning at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 9 a.m. The Rev. Fr. Derham Ryan will officiate and internment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at 1:30.
He was born in Talmadge, O., November 3, 1887. He came to Red Wing with his parents in 1891 where he lived until 1930 when he moved to Rochester. He had been employed by the Great Western Railroad since 1908 and retired as a conductor in 1951. He was married August 18, 1921. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Don (Mary) Zurlo of Milwaukee; three brothers, T.J. Seiz, Ben Seiz, both of Red Wing, F.M. Seiz of St. Paul; two sisters, Miss Christine Seiz of Red Wing, Miss Alice Evans of Dayton, O., and three grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death, May 18, 1958. William J. Seiz died in July 1958 at Milwaukee, Milwaukee Co., Wisconsin, at age 70.

Mr. Sells, 86, was born in Grant, Va., on September 13, 1868. He came to Lompoc 36 years ago as an engineer for the Celite company. He continued his employment there when Johns-Manville took over the plant and since his retirement several years ago continued to reside in Lompoc. He was very active in Masonic organizations, being a member of Spearfish Lodge, F.&A.M., in South Dakota, a member of the Eastern Star in Lompoc, and a member of the Scottish Rite and Shrine in Deadwood, S.D. Mr. Sells is survived by a son, John K. Sells, of Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Sonya continued living a nomadic life supporting her husband's military career. Among her homes were Ft. Benning, Georgia; San Marcos, Texas; Ft. Rucker, Alabama; Stuttgart, Germany; Ft. Carson, Colorado and Ft. McPherson, Georgia. She has lived in the Atlanta area since 1973 living in South DeKalb, Doraville, Lilburn, and lastly King's Bridge Retirement Center. They count 30 moves during their marriage. Sonya was a 35 year member of Holy Trinity Parish in Decatur, during which time she was Wedding Director, Head of Altar Guild, prominent in Daughters of the King and a graduate of EFM. She also loved cooking, her grandchildren, playing bridge and was an antique aficionado. Sonya is survived by her husband of 58 years, Peter Withers; an estranged son; a daughter, Julianne Withers of Alpharetta; a daughter and son-in-law, Richard and Diane Belden of Clifton, Virginia; and two grandchildren, Jessica Belden and Stephen Belden of Clifton, Virginia.
