     Roscoe Conklin Smith was born on 13 March 1901.² He married Dee Irene Richards, daughter of William Louis Richards and Sarah Addie Munich.¹ Roscoe Conklin Smith died on 2 January 1957 at age 55.² He was buried at Clover Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, Dayton, Rockingham Co., Virginia.²

     Sandra Jane Smith married David Eugene Warfel, son of George Stewart Warfel and Mildred Fay Weidman, on 9 April 1966.¹

     Susannah Smith was born on 30 April 1842 at Sussex Co., England. She married Alfred Henry Dray, son of James Dray and Ann Press, on 11 October 1863 at Sussex Co., England. Susannah Smith died on 14 October 1920 at Iowa at age 78.

     William Everet Smith II was born on 25 June 1924 at San Francisco, San Francisco Co., California.¹ He was the son of Dr. William Evert Smith and Anita Mary Giblin.² William Everet Smith II married Barbara Jean Johnson, daughter of Rufus William Johnson II and Laura Amanda Brewer, on 18 June 1952 at Contra Costa Co., California.^3,4 William Everet Smith II died on 17 October 2003 at Concord, Contra Costa Co., California, at age 79.²

Born in San Francisco to Dr. William Evert Smith and Anita Mary (Giblin) Smith, Bill graduated from San Francisco State with a BS and a Masters in Education. He served in the Army during WWII hiking "from the Chanel to the Rhine". Moving to Concord in 1951 to work for the Mt. Diablo Unified School District, he married Barbara Jean Johnson in 1952. He worked at Diablo Vista, Fair Oaks, Bel-Air, Riverview, Oak Grove and retired as principal in 1982 from El Dorado Intermediate with 33 years of service.
Bill spent happy years hiking, backpacking, tide pooling, square dancing, bowling, and sailing with friends and family. He volunteered during retirement and had a willing hand to help others.
He is survived by his wife Barbara; four children, Stuart (Brenda), Susan (Michael), Stacy, Shannon (Russell); four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, sister Annabelle Hays and brother Stanley (Marie). He is predeceased by his brother Robert Smith (Gail) and grandson Nathan Smith. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pittsburg Yacht Club on October 26th at 11 a.m. Donations may be made to Hospice of the East Bay or your favorite charity.

     Albert Smithers married Virginia Christina Hillick, daughter of Francis Xavier Hillick and Sidney Virginia Brewer, on 24 July 1945 at New York. Albert Smithers and Virginia Christina Hillick were divorced in August 1949.

     Brett Paul Smithers is the son of Gary Frances Smithers and Suzanne Mary Andrews.¹

     Charles Fremont Smithers lived at Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana. He was born on 19 February 1865 at Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana.² He was the son of David Smithers and Azoline Davis. Charles Fremont Smithers married Julia Roales on 5 October 1907 at Shelby Co., Indiana.      Hattie Smithers was also known as Harriet L. She was born on 9 January 1862 at Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana.² She was the daughter of David Smithers and Azoline Davis. Hattie Smithers married George A. Powell in April 1887. Hattie Smithers lived at Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana. She died on 3 July 1938 at age 76.² She was buried at Forest Hill Cemetery, Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana.²

     Phillip Daniel Smithers is the son of Gary Frances Smithers and Suzanne Mary Andrews.¹
