He married Maria Tecla Trujillo, daughter of Jose Tranquilino Trujillo and Maria Manuela Vigil, on 22 October 1888 at Costilla, Taos Co., New Mexico. Jose Leovardo De La Merced Trujillo died circa 1905.

     Jose Tranquilino Trujillo was born on 16 November 1846 at Chamita, Rio Arriba Co., New Mexico. He married Maria Manuela Vigil in 1870.

     Joseph David Trujillo was born on 1 July 1904 at Castilla, Taos Co., New Mexico.¹ He was the son of Jose Leovardo De La Merced Trujillo and Maria Tecla Trujillo. Joseph David Trujillo married Elvira Mary Trujillo circa 1933. The cause of death was Massive Hemorrage, due to peptic ulcer.² Joseph David Trujillo died on 20 January 1941 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming, at age 36.^1,2 He was buried on 23 January 1941 at Highland Cemetery, Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.^1,2,3

Requiem high mass was said for Joe Trujillo at St. Anthony's church Thursday morning at 8:30. Burial was In Highland cemetery.
The deceased was survived by his wife, Mrs. Vera Trujillo, and five small children: Priscilla, Richard, Josephine, Mary and Herbert, at the family home, 114 East J-st. Other survivors are an uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Trujillo of Casper, and several cousins, including Mr. and Mrs. Willie Struck, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Trujillo and Marion Trujillo, all of Casper.
The pallbearers were Donald Trujillo, Willie Struck, Louis and John Trujillo, Nick George and Tom Montano. Several relatives from Colorado attended the services.

Bobby Trujillo dies at 51
CASPER - J. R. (Bobby Joe) Trujillo, the "King of the Road," died Tuesday in Memorial Hospital. He was 51.
Trujillo was a white wings or street cleaner, the last one in Wyoming and a vanishing breed nation wide. A genial man known to almost everyone in the city, he took pride in his work and did it well.
Trujillo would patrol the downtown streets daily with his broom and trash barrel. He claimed to know everybody in town and it was verified by almost constant shouts from motorists, friends and acquaintances. "I always try to smile at everyone," Trujillo would say. And he did.
Born Aug. 22, 1922 in Amalla, N. M., he came to Casper with his parents at the age of one. He spent all of his life here.
Last December, he suffered a heart attack and pneumonia. He was released in mid-March and urged by his doctor to rest. He didn't. "Ya gotta work and make a living." he would explain. "I like to do this all the time. Nobody bothers me."
Trujillo worked for the city for nine years. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council No. 1563 in Casper.
Trujillo was a bachelor and lived at 634 South Wolcott. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Bert (Cora) Chavez of Nyssa. Ore., Mrs. Fred Struck of Casper, and Mrs. Garlon (Maryann) McCarty of Fountain, Colo; and two brothers, Louis R. Trujillo of Casper, and George Trujillo of Tucson. Ariz.
The Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Chapel and the funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St Anthony's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Charles Brady as celebrant Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.

Louis Richard Trujillo was a Catholic.² He married Rebecca Marie Sanchez, daughter of Emilio Sanchez and Isabilita Martinez, on 8 September 1927 at Garcia, San Miguel Co., New Mexico.² Louis Richard Trujillo lived in September 1946 at Costilla, Taos Co., New Mexico.³ He lived in November 1951 at Costilla, Taos Co., New Mexico.⁴ He lived in May 1974 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.⁵ He died on 2 December 1976 at Fountain, El Paso Co., Colorado, at age 69.^2,1 He was buried on 4 December 1976 at Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs, El Paso Co., Colorado.¹

Louis Trujillo succumbs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Funeral Mass for Louis R. Trujillo, 69, former Casper resident, was celebrated Saturday at the Divine Redeemer Catholic Church.
Trujillo died Thursday, Dec. 2, at his home in Fountain, Colo., following a lengthy illness.
He was born May 4, 1907, at San Luis, Colo.
Trujillo had lived in Casper from 1921 through July, 1975. He was employed as a cement finisher for Rex Robertson for several years and was self-employed for five years prior to his retirement.
Trujillo was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fountain.
He is survived by the widow, Rebecca Trujillo, to whom he was married on Sept. 8, 1927, at Garcia, N.M; four daughters, Tina Santistevan of Colorado Springs, Gertrude Hurley of Denver, Edna Duran of California and Emily Alexander of Vernal, Utah. He is also survived by five sons, Fred, Ernest, Charles and Dick Trujilo, all of Casper and Bill Trujillo of Denver; one brother, George Trujillo of North Carolina; and three sisters, Marion McCarty of Fountain, Freida Struck of Rock Springs and Cora Chaves of Nyssa, Ore. Other survivors are 18 grandchildren.
Memorials to St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Fountain would be appreciated by the family.

Luis Maria Trujillo was baptized on 24 March 1880 at Sacred Heart, Costilla, Taos Co., New Mexico. Luis Maria Trujillo was a Catholic. He married Eduardita Allen, daughter of Robert A. Allen and Cleofes Romero, on 10 August 1903 at San Luis, Costilla Co., Colorado.^3,1 Luis Maria Trujillo lived in June 1951 at 702 North Kimball, Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.¹ The cause of death was Congestive Heart Failure due to Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease. Due to Pulmonary emphysema.² He died on 6 June 1951 at Memorial Hospital, Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming, at age 71.^2,1

Louis Trujillo, Casper Resident 23 Years, Dies

Louis M. Trujillo, 71, a resident of Casper for the past 23 years, died at Memorial hospital Wednesday morning after a short illness.

Mr. Trujillo was born in Costilla, New Mex, on March 6. 1880. He spent his youth there and in 1903 was united in marriage to Edna Allen at San Luis, Colo.

They resided in San Luis for five years and then moved to Monte Vista, Colo., where they resided until 1923 when they came to Casper. Mr. Trujillo was employed by the Standard refinery for about 17 years, however in later years worked at other occupations.

He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic church. He is survived by his wife at the family home, 702 North Kimball, three daughters, Mrs. Frieda Struck, and Mary Ann Trujillo, of Casper, Mrs. Cora Chavez, Nyssa, Ore., three sons, George, attending Adams State College, Alamosa, Colo., Louis J. Costilla, New Mex., Robert of Casper. Also by a sister, Mrs. Elias Vigil, Denver, two brothers, John B. and Elias of Costilla, and 21 grandchildren.

Recitation of the Rosary will be held Thursday evening at 7:30 at the Bustard Funeral Home and requiem high mass will be celebrated Friday morning at 9:30 at the Catholic church of St. Anthony with the Rev. Ft. Patrick Shaughnessy, celebrant. Interment will be in Highland cemetery.

Maria "Tina" Santistevan, peacefully passed away September 11th, 2019, in her home, at the Broadmoor Court assisted living facility, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Tina was born on June 10, 1933 to Louis Richard Trujillo and Rebecca (Sanchez) Trujillo in Amalia, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by both of her parents, loving husband, Dan L. Santistevan, Sr. in 1999; daughter, Catherine "Kathy" Santistevan in 1975; younger brother, Richard "Dick" Trujillo; and older sister, Edna (Trujillo) Duran.
After graduating high school in Santa Fe, New Mexico, she moved with her family to Casper, Wyoming, attended some college and began her 30-year career with Mountain Bell AT&T, as a telephone operator, and returned later as a telecommunications technician.
Tina married Dan L. Santistevan on April 25, 1955, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Casper, Wyoming, after returning as a Korean War veteran. They made their permanent residence in Colorado Springs, Colorado relocating on July 4, 1965.
Surviving family members include, Daniel Santistevan, Jr. (Anna Ostapiuk), Colorado Springs; Linda Jennings (Danny Jennings), Colorado Springs; David Santistevan (Molly Ellwood), San Diego, California; Lisa Hansen (Dan Hansen), Centennial, Colorado, and Laura Craft (John Craft), Ft. Collins, Colorado. Grandchildren include, Ason and Brandon Santistevan, Christa (Honeycutt) Ward, Aidan Santistevan, Payton and Ailey Craft, and Ava and Jake Hansen. Brothers, Fred, Bill, Ernie and Chuck Trujillo, and sisters, Trudy Hurley and Emily Alexander; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Tina was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and was a proponent of Catholic School Education. Her biggest sense of accomplishment was seeing her children graduate from University.
Tina was a life-long history buff, which inspired her desire to be a world traveler, and indeed she traversed the globe. She was able to visit 48 of the 50 United States. Some of her bucket-list international destinations included; The Vatican in Rome; Paris; London; Japan; Jerusalem; Spain; Mexico; Austria; Germany; Ireland; Greece; The Pyramids in Egypt, and an excursion to Machu Picchu, Peru at the age of 80!
Rosary services will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday September 20, 2019 at Evergreen Funeral Home located at 1830 Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Services will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church 9 El Pomar Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado at 11:00 am on Saturday September 21, 2019. Burial rites will be held at Evergreen Cemetery immediately following the services.
Tina was a generous, kind, and loving free spirit, touching everyone who had the pleasure to know her. Our dear Mother, Aunt, sister and friend, Tina, will always be missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charitable organization.

     Marianita Trujillo was also known as Mary Ann. She was born on 15 June 1920 at Costilla, Taos Co., New Mexico.^1,2 She was the daughter of Luis Maria Trujillo and Eduardita Allen. Marianita Trujillo lived in September 1946 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.³ She lived in November 1951 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.⁴ In 1956 Marianita Trujillo was a telephone operator.¹ She married Herman Earl Hampton, son of Oscar Lee Hampton and Sadie Varee Dusenbery, on 5 May 1956 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.^1,5 Marianita Trujillo and Herman Earl Hampton were divorced on 15 April 1959 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming, Grounds listed were Indignities.⁵ Marianita Trujillo married Garlon McCarty on 1 October 1964 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.² Marianita Trujillo lived in May 1974 at Fountain, El Paso Co., Colorado.⁶ She lived in December 1976 at Fountain, El Paso Co., Colorado.⁷ She lived in January 1991 at Fountain, El Paso Co., Colorado. A vigil will be at 7 p.m. today at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 101 N. Main St., in Fountain. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph's. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Fountain. Nolan Funeral Home, 225 N. Weber St., is handling arrangements.
Mrs. McCarty was born June 15, 1920, in Amalia, N.M., to Louis and Edna Trujillo.
She was married Oct. 3, 1963, in Casper, Wyo., to Garlon McCarty, who lives in Fountain.
She also is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Hampton of Denver.
Mrs. McCarty was a member of St. Joseph's in Fountain for 27 years. She had lived in the area for many years.

     Richard Scott Trujillo was born on 29 April 1935 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming. He was the son of Joseph David Trujillo and Elvira Mary Trujillo. Richard Scott Trujillo died on 19 August 1994 at Turlock, Stanislaus Co., California, at age 59.

     Rick Trujillo is the son of Ernest Julian Trujillo and Judith Ann Martin.

     Tim Trujillo is the son of Ernest Julian Trujillo and Judith Ann Martin.

     William Amado Trujillo is the son of Louis Richard Trujillo and Rebecca Marie Sanchez. William Amado Trujillo married Sharon Lynn Butler on 20 May 1967 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming.

     Helen Benfield Trumbull was born on 9 April 1912 at Washington. She was the daughter of Willis Heral Trumbull and Edna Ruth Brien. Helen Benfield Trumbull married Frances Norris Boice, son of Norris Keith Boice and Celestine B. Tracey, on 26 December 1939 at Lake Co., Montana. Helen Benfield Trumbull died on 20 December 1988 at Yellowstone Co., Montana, at age 76.

     Willis Heral Trumbull married Edna Ruth Brien.

     Anna Rozelle Tryggestad was born on 16 August 1921 at Oldham, Kingsbury Co., South Dakota.¹ She married Warren Leonard Hallen, son of Oscar Leonard Hallen and Anna C. Sklenar, on 4 December 1943 at Pierce Co., Washington. Anna Rozelle Tryggestad died on 8 October 1981 at Tacoma, Pierce Co., Washington, at age 60.¹ She was buried at Mountain View Memorial Park, Lakewood, Pierce Co., Washington.¹
