Lucille Gibbs died on 12 April 1971 at St. Louis, St. Louis City, Missouri, at age 47.¹ She was buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Salem, Dent Co., Missouri.¹

Brian Noel Gillespie married Toni Rae Dahlen on 23 February 2003 at Clark Co., Nevada.² Brian Noel Gillespie died on 9 July 2024 at Thief River Falls, Pennington Co., Minnesota, at age 51.^1,2 He was buried Burial Details Unknown.¹ He graduated in 1991 at Lincoln High School, Thief River Falls, Pennington Co., Minnesota.² The cause of death was Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) on 9 July 2024.²

Brian Noel Gillespie, 51, of Thief River Falls, MN passed away from a DVT (Deep vein thrombosis) on July 9, 2024 at his residence.

Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a short program at 5:00 PM on July 16, 2024 at the Thief River Golf Club in Thief River Falls, MN.

Brian Noel Gillespie was born on April 5, 1973 in Thief River Falls, MN to Neil and Joy (Noel) Gillespie and big brother Steve. Brian was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Thief River Falls, MN. Growing up he enjoyed cars, bikes, tennis, hockey, hunting, fishing and his friends. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the Class of 1991. Brian worked at various places in Thief River Falls before moving to St. Cloud to attend St. Cloud Tech.

After graduation from St. Cloud Tech, Brian moved to Bloomington, MN for his first job in computer science. In 2001, he moved back to Thief River Falls and married Toni Dahlen Gillespie on February 23, 2003. To this union two children were born, Cole and Grace. Brian went to work for Tony Dorn for several years and started with Digi-Key in 2004 where he was currently employed as a Senior Test Engineer since 2018.

Brian enjoyed music, golfing, cooking, going to concerts, being with friends and family, occasional walks, trying different foods, but most of all, he loved following his kids’ activities.

Brian is survived by his children, Cole Gillespie of Henderson, NV and Grace Gillespie of Grand Forks, ND; parents, Neil and Joy Gillespie of Thief River Falls, MN; mother of his children, Toni Gillespie of Grand Forks, ND; brother, Steve Gillespie of Thief River Falls, MN; niece, Elle Gillespie of Anchorage, AK; sister-in-law, Angie Dahlen of Thief River Falls, MN; niece, Dayle Dahlen of Grand Forks, ND; father-in-law, Gary Dahlen of Thief River Falls, MN; and many other relatives, friends, and co-workers.

Brian is preceded in death by his grandparents, Orville and Marles Gillespie and Duane and Alverda Noel; aunt, Julie Larson; mother-in-law, Deb Dahlen.

     Mark Blair Gilliland is the son of William Henry Gilliland and Beverly Ann Ceder.

     Mary Emma Gilliland married Thornton Harn, son of Thornton Fleming Harn and Margaret Esther Molter.

     Melvin L. Gilliland married Charlotte Watson Jones, daughter of Charles Lancaster Jones and Mabel Violella Perkins, on 28 March 1925 at Hennepin Co., Minnesota; Certificate Number:      2880433.¹

     William Henry Gilliland was born on 19 April 1926 at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota.¹ He was the son of Melvin L. Gilliland and Charlotte Watson Jones.¹ William Henry Gilliland married Beverly Ann Ceder on 26 April 1947 at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota. William Henry Gilliland died on 4 May 1993 at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota, at age 67.¹ He was buried at Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota.²

JANE ELIZABETH GILMOUR was married to CHARLES HUBBARD WORNOM, a Methodist Minister on 20 April 1837 in Warren County, Illinois and they remained in Warren County until they died.¹
