     Rita Marie Zimmerman was born on 18 March 1939 at Faribault, Rice Co., Minnesota.² She was the daughter of Wallace Zimmerman and Rachel Bushey.¹ Rita Marie Zimmerman married Arthur Benjamin on 2 August 1960 at Rice Co., Minnesota.^1,3 Rita Marie Zimmerman died on 22 October 2020 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota, at age 81. She lived in April 2009 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota.¹

     Robert Joseph Zimmerman was born on 21 October 1930 at Faribault, Rice Co., Minnesota.² He was the son of Wallace Zimmerman and Rachel Bushey.¹ Robert Joseph Zimmerman died on 6 September 1999 at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota, at age 68.²

     Thomas Arthur Zimmerman was born on 29 November 1932.³ He was the son of Wallace Zimmerman and Rachel Bushey.¹ Thomas Arthur Zimmerman died on 31 January 1996 at Hennepin Co., Minnesota, at age 63.²

     Wallace Zimmerman married Rachel Bushey.¹ Wallace Zimmerman died before 2009.¹

     Anna Zoch married Jacob Kriz.¹

     On 7 May 1953 his name was legally changed to Don A. Galvan.¹ Abel Jose Zubillaga was born on 25 March 1917 at Tucson, Pima Co., Arizona.² He married Mary Frances Purcell before 1950. Abel Jose Zubillaga married Charlotte Elizabeth Barry, daughter of Basil Francis Barry and Esther Charlotte McCarthy, on 13 September 1950 at Orange Co., California. Abel Jose Zubillaga and Mary Frances Purcell were divorced. Abel Jose Zubillaga and Charlotte Elizabeth Barry were divorced in November 1972 at Orange Co., California. WHEREAS, the application of Abel Jose Zubillaga, Charlotte Elizabeth Zubillaga, Daniel Ray Zubillago, Albert Zubillaga, Gloria Zubillaga, Linda Zubillaga and Charlotte Zubillaza for change of names has been duly filed with the Clerk of this Court, and it appearing from said application that said applicants desire to have their
names changed to the proposed name of Don A. Galvan, Charlotte Galvan, Daniel Ray Galvan, Albert Galvan, Gloria Galvan, Linda Galvan and Charlotte Galvan.

NOW, THEREFORE, it's hereby Ordered and directed that all persons interested in the said matter of change of name appear before the above entitled Court, in Department 3 thereof, on the 12th day of June, 1953, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock , A M., then and there to show cause, if any they have, why the application for change of names should not be granted.
