     Joseph G. Caywood was born on 12 October 1855 at Orange, Schuyler Co., New York.¹ He married Sarah Jane Purdy, daughter of John Willets Purdy and Mary Rosetta Sellon. Joseph G. Caywood died circa May 1948.¹

     Williette Caywood was born on 23 July 1880.¹ She married Floyd Grimes. Williette Caywood was the daughter of Joseph G. Caywood and Sarah Jane Purdy. Williette Caywood died on 30 November 1956 at age 76.¹
     Her married name was Grimes.

     Anne Marie Ceder was born on 19 August 1873 at St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minnesota.² She was the daughter of Charles Ceder and Hannah Ferrig. Anne Marie Ceder married Samuel Haskell Purdy, son of David Willets Purdy and Frances Mary Rolfe, on 12 September 1894 at Red Wing, Goodhue Co., Minnesota. Anne Marie Ceder died on 12 May 1957 at Red Wing, Goodhue Co., Minnesota, at age 83.² She was buried on 14 May 1957 at Oakwood Cemetery, Red Wing, Goodhue Co., Minnesota.³
     Her married name was Purdy. In Death Record, listed as "Anna Marie Purdy". In Death Record, parents listed as Charles Ceder & Hannah Hansen.

Mrs. Anna Purdy, 83, 319 1/2 Bush Street, died Sunday afternoon at the City Hospital where she had been confined since Saturday. Mrs. Purdy was born in St. Paul on August 19, 1873 to Charles and Hannah Cedar. She moved to Red Wing with her family when she was four years old.
On September 12, 1894, she was married to Samuel H. Purdy in Red Wing. In 1911 they moved to Lake City where they resided until returning to Red Wing in 1938. Her husband preceded her in death in 1951. She was a member of the Christ Episcopal Church and the Parish Aid of the Church.
Surviving are two sons, David of Monrovia, Calif., Myron of LaCrosse; two daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Dorothy Marie) McLaird of LaCresent, Minn., Mrs. Harry C. (Evelyn) Schneider of Red Wing; a brother, Herman Ceder of Los Angeles, nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A son and daughter preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at Christ Episcopal Church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Monroe Bailie officiating. Internment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

     Theresa Elizabeth Chalupa was born circa 1898 at Minnesota; CENSUS: 1920 MN, LeSueur Co., Montgomery, E.D. 75 or 25, sheet 3. She was born on 6 October 1898 at Minnesota. She was born on 26 October 1898.¹ She married Albert John Vrzal, son of Mathias Vrzal and Mary Kubes. Theresa Elizabeth Chalupa died on 7 September 1970 at Scott Co., Minnesota, at age 71.¹
     Her married name was Vrzal.

     Patricia Chapman married Jerry Houser, son of Albert John Houser and Nettie Irene Ballou.¹
     Her married name was Houser.¹

     Gail Marie Chavie is the daughter of Jerome Chavie and Lucielle Duffney. Gail Marie Chavie married Joseph Lawrence Zimmerman, son of Wallace Zimmerman and Rachel Bushey, on 31 October 1959 at Rice Co., Minnesota.¹

     Jerome Chavie married Lucielle Duffney.

     Elenor Dell Chearhart was born circa February 1873 at Indiana; CENSUS: 1900 IN, St. Joseph Co., Harris twsp., E.D. 101, Sheet 11. She was born on 21 February 1873 at Harris Twsp., Saint Joseph Co., Indiana.¹ She married Delbert Shimp, son of John M. Shimp and Sara Josephine Longley, on 31 October 1895 at South Bend, Saint Joseph Co., Indiana.² Elenor Dell Chearhart died on 28 February 1958 at Granger, Saint Joseph Co., Indiana, at age 85.¹ She was buried on 2 March 1958 at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Saint Joseph Co., Indiana.
      Elenor Dell Chearhart was also known as Della E.¹ Her married name was Shimp. She appeared on the census of 1920 at Harris Twsp., Saint Joseph Co., Indiana; E.D. 192, sheet 3. She appeared on the census of April 1930 at Harris Twsp., Saint Joseph Co., Indiana; Della E. listed as 57 years old.

Mrs. Della E. Shimp, Rt. 1, Granger, died at 2 a.m. today in her residence. She has been ill since Nov. 12 when she fell and suffered a broken hip. She was born Feb. 21, 1873, in Harris Twp., and lived in that vicinity all of her life. She was married Oct. 30, 1895 to Delbert Shimp who died March 22, 1947. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary A. Monhant, South Bend, and Mrs. Fred F. Hawkins, Granger; six grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home. Services will be conducted there a 2 p.m. Sunday by Rev. Arnold Schaap, pastor of the Granger Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Mrs. Shimp had been a life member of Granger Presbyterian Church and a member of Gleaner's Lodge.¹
