     Eugene M. Abbott was born on 31 January 1877 at Kentucky.¹ He married Lydia M. Redman, daughter of John William Redman and Della Kerr, on 15 October 1896 at Adams Co., Ohio.¹ Eugene M. Abbott died in 1904 at Blue Creek, Adams Co., Ohio.¹

     Laura Abbott was the daughter of Ross Abbott and Zetta Harn.

     Ross Abbott married Zetta Harn, daughter of Stephen Adrian Harn and Mary Blodgett.

     Verna Abbott was the daughter of Ross Abbott and Zetta Harn.

     Zenna Beatrice Abbott was born on 23 October 1897 at Blue Creek, Adams Co., Ohio.¹ She was the daughter of Eugene M. Abbott and Lydia M. Redman.¹ Zenna Beatrice Abbott died on 19 July 1988 at Portsmouth, Scioto Co., Ohio, at age 90.¹

     Kingsley Abernathy married Pearl Rupel, daughter of Ernest Burr Rupel and Hallie Smith, on 10 June 1919.¹ Kingsley Abernathy died circa 1928.²

     (?) Ackerman married Mary Anderson, daughter of William Anderson and Maryan Purdy.¹

     Anna Ackerson was born on 23 December 1907 at Lewistown, Fulton Co., Illinois.¹ She was born on 26 December 1907 at Marietta, Illinois.³ She was the daughter of William P. Ackerson and Mary Etta Smith.² Anna Ackerson married Onzelo G. Harn, son of Reason Harn and Martha J. McNeil, on 23 December 1926 at Lewistown, Illinois.^1,3 Anna Ackerson died on 18 July 1993 at St. Luke Health Care Center, Beardstown, Illinois, at age 85.³ She was buried in July 1993 at Palm Cemetery, Rushville, Illinois.³

Anna Harn
BEARDSTOWN - Anna Harn, 85, of Beardstown, formerly of Rushville, died at 2:25 a.m. Sunday, July 18, 1993, at St. Luke Health Care Center.
Born Dec. 26, 1907, near Marietta to William P. and Mary E. Smith Ackerson, she married Onzelo G. Harn Dec. 23, 1926, in Lewistown. He died Oct. 11, 1990. One grandson, one granddaughter, three great-grandchildren, one brother and two sisters also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two daughters, Doris Baker of Rushville and Violet Lashbrook of Beardstown; one son, Donald of Oklahoma City, Okla; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Perry Ackerson and Clarence Ackerson, both of Bushnell, Glen Ackerson of Pekin, and William Ackerson of Marietta; and three sisters, Florence Bollinger of Mesa, Ariz., Charlotte Krusan of Canton, and Pearl Pendl of Bellevue.
She had worked at the Cudahy Packing Company and Mickleberry Packing Company in Rushville for many years.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Palm Cemetery, Rushville, with the Rev. Michael Cooper officiating. Visitation will be 7 to 9 tonight at Worthington Funeral Home, Rushville.
Memorials may be made to Culbertson Memorial Hospital or St. Luke Health Care Center.³

RUSHVILLE - Anna Harn, 85, of Beardstown, formerly of Rushville, died at 2:25 a.m. Sunday at the St. Luke Health Care Center in Beardstown.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Palm Cemetery near Rushville.
Worthington Funeral Home, Rushville, is in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are a son, Donald of Oklahoma City, Okla; two daughters, Doris Baker of Rushville and Violet Lashbrook of Beardstown; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; four brothers, Perry and Clarence Ackerson, both of Bushnell, Glenn Ackerson of Pekin and William Ackerson of Marietta; three sisters, Florence Bollinger of Mesa, Ariz., Charlotte Krusan of Canton and Pearl Pendl of Bellevue.⁴

     Glen W. Ackerson was born on 10 January 1916 at Bushnell, Illinois.¹ He was the son of William P. Ackerson and Mary Etta Smith.¹ Glen W. Ackerson married LaVonda Conley circa 1936.¹ Glen W. Ackerson married Carolyn June Stranze.¹ Glen W. Ackerson died on 5 November 1996 at Methodist Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois, at age 80.¹ He was cremated at Illinois.¹
     He lived in 1993 at Pekin, Illinois.²

Glen Ackerson
PEKIN - Glen W. Ackerson, 80, of 2220 State St. died at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, 1996, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
Born Jan. 10, 1916, in Bushnell to Glen W. and Marietta Ackerson, he married LaVonda Conley. He later married Carolyn June Stranze. She died in 1991. Six brothers and sisters also preceded him in death.
Surviving are three daughters, Debra Harrison and Lola Ackerson, both of Pekin, and Kathleen Ackerson of Cleveland; two sons, Robert of Danville and Leslie of Davenport, Iowa; three sisters, Florence Bollinger of Mesa, Ariz., Charlotte Coats of Canton and Pearl Tisdale of Bushnell; three brothers, Perry and Clarence, both of Bushnell, and Guy of Macomb; and eight grandchildren.
He was a member of Laborers Union Local 231 for many years, retiring in 1977. He was a member of the Laborers International Union.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Grace United Methodist Church in Pekin. The Rev. Bruce Bolin Ghitalla will officiate. There will be no visitation. Cremation will be accorded. Arrangements are by Abts Mortuary.

Guy Ackerson
MARIETTA - Guy J. Ackerson, 69, of rural Marietta died at 5:45 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 1991, at the residence of a brother, Clarence, in Bushnell.
He was born May 11, 1922, in Marietta to William P. and Mary E. Smith Ackerson.
Surviving are four brothers, Perry and Clarence, both of Bushnell, Glen of Mesa, Ariz., and William of rural Marietta, with whom he made his home; four sisters, Anna Harms of Rushville, Florence Bollinger of Mesa, Ariz., Charlotte Cruzan of Canton and Pearl Pendl of Bellevue; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three sisters.
He was a lifelong farmer in the Marietta area.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home, Bushnell, the Rev. Ron Derrig-Green officiating. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wiley Cemetery, Fulton County.² He lived in 1996 at Macomb, Illinois; at time of brother's death.¹

BUSHNELL - Perry O. Ackerson, 91, formerly of Bushnell, died at 2:46 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003, at The Elms in Macomb.
Born May 12, 1912, in Marietta to William and Mary Smith Ackerson, he married Stella S. McNeeley on Nov. 23, 1937, in Bushnell. She died April 4, 1990.
He also was preceded in death by two brothers and six sisters.
Surviving are one son, Gaylord (and Virginia) of Avon; one daughter, Donna (and Don) Dellinger of Gaffney, S.C; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, William of Marietta and Clarence of Bushnell; and one sister, Florence Bollinger of Mesa, Ariz.
He worked as a carpenter in the Bushnell area.
He attended First Baptist Church in Bushnell.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home. The Rev. Terry Broady will officiate. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Bushnell Cemetery.
